Ending a Gathering

 (Kaffaratul Majlis)

Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) taught this to be recited before leaving a seat to seek forgiveness for any idle talk that occurred during the meeting. 

Full Dua:

 Subhanakallahumma wa bihamdika, ash-hadu an la ilaha illa Anta, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilaik.

Meaning:

 "Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise. I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance".
