surah al hasyr 21-24 ..

The query refers to the last four verses (21–24) of Surah Al-Hashr (Chapter 59 of the Quran), which are highly revered for their virtues and recited regularly in daily prayers and morning/evening dhikr.

These verses are famed for a well-known narration (Hadith) regarding their immense reward and protective properties.

The Hadith on the Virtue of

Surah Al-Hashr (21–24)

There is a renowned Hadith narrated by Ma'qil bin Yasar (recorded by Imam At-Tirmidhi and Al-Baihaqi) in which the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) stated:

"Whoever says three times in the morning:

 'A'udhu bi-llahi as-sami'i al-'alimi min ash-shaytani ar-rajim'

(I seek refuge in Allah, the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing, from the accursed Satan)

and then recites the last three verses of Surah Al-Hashr (verses 22, 23, and 24),

Allah will appoint 70,000 angels to pray for him until the evening.

If he dies on that day, he dies a martyr, and whoever recites them in the evening will receive the same rank."

Verses 21–24 Translation

The verses emphasize the greatness of Allah, the majesty of the Quran, and declare Allah's names and attributes.

Verse 21:

"If We had sent down this Quran upon a mountain, you would have seen it humbled and split asunder from fear of Allah. And these examples We present to the people that perhaps they will reflect."

Verse 22:

"He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed. He is the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful."

Verse 23:

"He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Perfection, the Bestower of Faith, the Overseer, the Exalted in Might, the Compeller, the Superior. Exalted is Allah above whatever they associate with Him."

Verse 24:

"He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor, the Fashioner; to Him belong the best names. Whatever is in the heavens and earth is exalting Him. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise."

wallahu a'lam ..
