DUA OF 2 BILLION GOOD DEEDS ..

 

The dua to earn billions of good deeds for all believing men and women comes from a prophetic narration recorded in 

Musnad al-Shamiyin 

(Hadith 2118 / 2155):

The Dua (Supplication)

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَالْمُسْلِمَاتِ، وَالْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ، الأَحْيَاءِ مِنْهُمْ وَالأَمْوَاتِ

• Transliteration:

 Allahummaghfir lil-muslimīna wal-muslimāt, wal-mu’minīna wal-mu’mināt, al-ahyā’i minhum wal-amwāt

• Meaning:

 "O Allah, forgive the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women, those who are alive and those who have passed away."

• The Narration:

 Narrated by 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit (RA), the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:

 "Whoever seeks forgiveness for the believing men and believing women, Allah will record a good deed for him for each believing man and believing woman."
