Al-Baqiyat al-Salihat - "The Everlasting Good Deeds" or "Deeds of Lasting Permanence".

Al-Baqiyat al-Salihat

(Arabic: الباقيات الصالحات)

is an Arabic Qur'anic phrase that means

 "the enduring righteous deeds".

Meaning in the Qur'anThe term appears in Surah Al-Kahf (18:46) and Surah Maryam (19:76).

The verse in Surah Al-Kahf states that wealth and children are temporary joys of this world, but

"the enduring righteous deeds are better with your Lord for reward and better in respect of hope."

The Specific Phrases (Dhikr)

In prophetic traditions (Hadith),

the Prophet Muhammad identified these enduring deeds specifically as core acts of remembrance (Dhikr):

Subhanallah

(Glory be to Allah)

Alhamdulillah

(Praise be to Allah)

La ilaha illallah

(There is no god but Allah)

Allahu Akbar

 (Allah is the greatest)

La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah

(There is no might nor power except with Allah)

Lasting Value:

While worldly riches fade, the spiritual reward of these phrases remains and multiplies for the afterlife.

General Good Deeds:

Some scholars note that any sincere good action done purely for the pleasure of Allah falls under this umbrella.
