Sunan Ibn Majah 3878 is a recorded saying of Prophet Muhammad narrated by 'Ubadah bin As-Samit about the virtues of remembering Allah when waking up during the night or morning.
The content of the Hadith
The Act:
Waking up and reciting the specific declaration of faith, glory, and praise to Allah.
The Reward:
If the person makes a supplication (Rabbighfirli / Lord forgive me) after it, they will be forgiven or answered.
Prayer Acceptance:
If they perform ablution (wudu) and pray afterwards, their prayer will be accepted.

La ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa Huwa 'ala kulli shay'in Qadir
Subhan-Allah, wal-hamdu lillah, wa la ilaha illallah, wa Allahu Akbar
Wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahil-'Aliyil-'Azim
