Surah Al-A'raf Ayat 180
Ayat ini menjelaskan bahawa Allah SWT memiliki nama-nama yang terbaik (Asmaul Husna) dan menuntut kita untuk berdoa dengan menyebut nama-nama-Nya.
وَلِلَّهِ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَىٰ فَادْعُوهُ بِهَا ۖ وَذَرُوا الَّذِينَ يُلْحِدُونَ فِي أَسْمَائِهِ ۚ سَيُجْزَوْنَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
Maksudnya:
Dan Allah mempunyai nama-nama yang baik (yang mulia), maka serulah (dan berdoalah) kepada-Nya dengan menyebut nama-nama itu...
(Surah Al-A'raf, 7:180).
