zikir for protection against all sickness evil eye etc ..

In Islam, the evil eye ('Ayn) and envy (Hasad) are real, but spiritual healing and complete protection are found through Ruqyah Shariah (remedies using the Quran and authentic prophetic supplications).

📖 Essential Quranic Verses for Ruqyah

The most foundational step in self-ruqyah is the regular recitation of specific chapters from the Quran:

Surah Al-Fatihah (Chapter 1):

Known as As-Shifa (The Cure), it is recited for general healing and relief.

Ayat al-Kursi (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:255):

Recite this for ultimate spiritual guarding. It provides a shield against Shaytan and evil until the next morning or evening.

The Three Quls:

Recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq, and Surah An-Naas. They should be recited three times each in the morning and evening, and before sleeping.

🤲 Authentic Duas for Protection and Healing

You can recite these Prophetic supplications while placing your right hand over the area of pain or discomfort:

1. The Dua for Seeking Total Refuge

Recite this to seek protection from devils, pests, and the envious glance:

أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ

“A'udhu bi kalimati-llahit-tammah, min kulli shaytanin wa hammah, wa min kulli 'aynin lammah.”

Translation:

"I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from every devil, every poisonous pest, and every harmful, envious eye."

2. The Prophetic Healing Dua

Use this general prayer for physical and spiritual recovery:

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ، اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لاَ يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا

“Allahumma Rabban-nas, adhhibil-ba's, ishfi Antash-Shafi, la shifa'a illa shifa'uk, shifa'an la yughadiru saqama.”

Translation:

"O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the harm and heal, You are the Healer. There is no cure except Your cure, a cure that leaves behind no illness."

3. Protection from Hidden Harm

Recite this three times every morning and evening:

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

“Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma’as-mihi shay’un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama’i, wa Huwas-Sami’ul-’Alim.”

Translation:

"In the Name of Allah, with Whose Name nothing is harmed on earth nor in the heaven, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing."

🛠️ Step-by-Step Guide to Perform Self-Ruqyah

You do not need to go to a specialist; performing Ruqyah on yourself is highly recommended in the Sunnah.

Purify Yourself:

Perform wudhu (ablution) and sit in a quiet, peaceful space.

Set Your Intention:

Focus your heart on the belief that healing (Shifa) comes solely from Allah.

Recite and Blow:

Cup your hands together, recite the Quranic verses and Duas listed above, and then lightly blow (nafh — a dry breath with a tiny amount of saliva) into your palms.

Wipe Your Body:

Wipe your hands over your face and your entire body, starting from the front.

Utilize Water or Oil:

Alternatively, you can blow into a vessel of water to drink, or into olive oil to apply to areas of pain.

🛡️ Preventing the Evil Eye

Morning and Evening Adhkar:

Consistency with daily remembrance protects your spiritual perimeter throughout the day.

Praying for Blessings:

If you see something beautiful in your own life or someone else's, immediately say

"Allahumma barik" (O Allah, bless it) or "Masha'Allah" to block envy.

Avoid Excessive Showing Off:

Keep your blessings private when possible, as displaying everything openly can invite jealousy

wallahu a'lam ..
